Built in 1972 and renovated in 2005, the hotel comprises a total of 106 apartments spread over 7 floors. Amongst the facilities count a small foyer with 24-hour reception, a lift and a café. There is also a bar and an air-conditioned restaurant on offer to guests.Guests may make use of the hotel's freshwater pool (heated during the winter) on the roof terrace with sun loungers and parasols. The hotel offers a small games room with billiards. There is an entertainment programme with live music put on several times a week for further variation. The nearest golf course is about 19 km away. The stylish studios come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a lounge with twin beds and a sofa bed (double bed on request), a direct dial telephone, satellite TV (fee payable), a kitchenette, a fridge, a safe (extra charge) and a balcony. This attractive hotel is situated in the tourist centre of Puerto de la Cruz, just 300 metres from sandy Playa Jardín. Convenient for both the many shops, bars and restaurants that lie about 600 m away, this hotel is also just a short 15 minute trip from the centre of Puerto de la Cruz and from San Telmo seawater swimming pools. Public transport departs from a stop located directly in front of the hotel. Noelia Playa*** were totally modernised and renovated in January 2005. The Apartments are designed as exterior studios, distributed on six floors. There is background music and air conditioning throughout the building. The roof terrace has a swimming pool, large solarium and marvellous views. It is decorated in warm colours and quality materials, and is charachterised by our friendly and polite staff. We are ideal for holidaymakers, business tourism, etc. Noelia Playa*** is located 300 metres from the black sandy beach called Playa jardín, which has all the facilities of the very best beaches. It is a tranquil zone, with a wide range of leisure offers. Just 500 metres from the town centre, it has almost all the shopping centres in the area. Get the North highway (TF 5) direction Puerto de La Cruz. Leave the highway at exit 32. When the street forks, keep on going on the right and follow the directions to TF-31 and then, get to the Road TF-31 - Los Rechazos. Keep going on the road TF-31 -El Botánico / TF-31. Drive direction to Av. Marqués de Villanueva del Prado / TF-312. Turn slightly to the right on the avenue. Turn again to the right on Av. de Blas Pérez González. Finally, turn to the right again on Av. Hermanos Fernández Perdigón and you will find NOELIA Playa***
