Cosy 2-family house, built in 1700, renovated in 2000. Outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of Saldes, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, in the countryside. Private: grounds (fenced), meadow 2'000 m2, swimming pool (above ground) (7 x 3 m, depth 120 - 120 cm, 01.01.-31.10.). In the house: central heating. Available: bicycles (2). Motor access to the house (700 m via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path (6 steps) to the house. Parking by the house in the grounds. Shop 500 m, grocers, restaurant 900 m, bus stop 1 km. Riding stables 300 m, ski runs 25 km, childrens play area 5 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same grounds.
