The hotel is a beautiful new resort in Playa del Carmen, surrounded by luxurious tropical vegetation. The hotel is comfortable, has an informal atmosphere and features colonial-style architecture. It is managed by an Italian family who are always available to provide helpful tips. The 18-room hotel features a lobby with 24-hour reception and a hotel safe.The rooms offer the utmost comfort with a range of amenities including a private bathroom with shower, warm water and a hairdryer, as well as air conditioning, cable TV, Internet access, a telephone, coffee maker, optional safety deposit box and a minibar. Rooms with kitchenettes and studios are available. Standard rooms have a view of the interior tropical garden and only have 1 double bed. Executive and Junior Suite rooms are spacious and well lit, with a balcony with view to the exterior. There are rooms with 2 double beds and 1 double bed. The interior decoration features a colonial and Mexican style.
From the Airport: take the motorway towards Tulum or Chetumal for about 45 km. After entering Playa del Carmen, look for the sign displaying 'Avenida Costituyentes' next to a traffic light and turn left towards the ocean. Drive all the way down until 1st Avenue (Avenida) and turn left until you reach Calle 26. Again turn left on this street, cross the 5th Avenue (Avenida) and after about 100 m the hotel will be on the right-hand side.
Guests may relax with a massage or try their hand at jet skiing, diving, windsurfing, sailing and catamaran boating. They may also go biking to explore the surrounding area. There is a golf course around 1.2 km from the hotel. Sun loungers and parasols can be hired for a fee on the sandy beach.
