Delightfully Parisian, the hotel has the elegance of inherited style and the punch of ultra-modern fittings; the simple stone corridors and cherry-red, brass-knobbed doors are beautifully floor lit. Guests feel welcomed into a private house where gilt-edged old paintings dominate the gracious salon with its buffed grand piano (the owner sings on Tuesday nights). The design is wondrous and enchanting. The charm of this mansion is in the decoration of the rooms, each being unique. The air-conditioned hotel was built in 1927 and offers 38 guest rooms.
