## Overview Modern 3-star hotel in the heart of Paris in the elegant Opéra district (9th Arrondissement). Small hotel with basic accommodation and good value for money, ideally situated for sightseeing with many famous attractions and boutiques within short walking distances. ## Location The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, full of Parisian charm, and two steps down the road from the Folies Bergère. The hotel is just a few minutes to the Bourse and a short stroll to the majestic Opéra Garnier, next to the famous Galeries Lafayette and Printemps department stores. The northwest is the red light district of Pigalle and the more ?populaire' Clichy, with its famous Moulin Rouge and bustling nightlife. ## Exterior The property is housed in 6-storey building dating from 1900, and was totally renovated in 1992. ## Rooms Rooms are small but are reported to be clean and comfortable. They are decorated in a warm cosy atmosphere with orange colour schemes and equipped with all modern facilities. Marble bathrooms with showers only. ## Restaurant and bar There is an independent Italian restaurant in the hotel. Continental breakfast is included and served from until 07:00 until 09:30am.
