Set in the Eixample District, the apartments are well served by public transport. You can reach Plaza Catalunya Square and Ramblas in 10 minutes by metro. Public parking is available nearby.The check-in will be performed in our check-in office located at Carrer de la Floridablanca 126, 08011. Late check-outs are subject to availability and have an extra cost. Remind to let us know in advance if you will not be able to present yourself at the check-in on the scheduled day of arrival. Otherwise we cannot guarantee the availability of accommodation, since the apartment will be released and the amount paid for your reservation will not be refunded. Please note that you will stay in a rented apartment. The day of your arrival you will be given access to an apartment equipped with everything you need (sheets, towels, kitchen towels, etc¿) and a welcome pack of products for the first day (toilet paper, cleaning products, etc.). They have everything you need for cleaning the apartment, washing machine and other appliances (please check the description of the apartment). There is the possibility to contract our cleaning service (extra charge). Due to the new Catalonian law, starting on November 1st, a touristic tax per person above 16 y.o. and night of stay (max. 7 days) will be charged at the moment of check-in.
