Built in 1992, the hotel has an 11-storey main building and a 5-storey annexe block, as well as a large garden. There are 130 apartments and 250 rooms in total, of which 36 are singles, 176 are doubles and 38 are suites. Hotel facilities include a lobby with 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange desk, a café, a bar, a hairdressing salon, a nightclub, a games room, a TV lounge, shops and lift access. In addition there is an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with highchairs for infants. Business guests may also make use of the wireless Internet access, as well as the conference room. Laundry and room services are available. Children may let off some steam in the play area or the kids' club, while those arriving by car may leave their vehicle in the parking facilities provided. It is possible for guests to store bicycles in the bicycle storage facility.
