Villa Cortijo Lomas

The charming and compact Cortijo Lomas is one of the oldest and most beautifully situated houses in Nerja. At the top of a hill above the town in its own big gardens, it is approached via gates and grounds speckled with lawns and fruit trees, all helping to create a private and quiet setting.
 The house is built in single-storey 'cortijo'-style with bright exteriors, terracotta tiled steps and as its crowning glory, a roof terrace offering sweeping views over Nerja and the Mediterranean. Everything about the interiors is cosy, with country-style, dark pine furnishings and ornaments complementing the traditional character. The snug sitting-dining room is homely and the comforts are completed by a fully fitted kitchen and outdoor utility space housing a washing machine. The two bedrooms are comfortably furnished and the accommodation is completed by a small shower room.
 The fine pool terrace boasts a large pool that is plenty of fun, and is a fabulous spot for a refreshing swim. The pool area gives way to spacious crazy-paved surrounds, which share the stunning views over the Andalucian countryside. Other sunbathing areas can be found in the gardens and include a sheltered terrace ideal for enjoying alfresco treats cooked on the barbecue.
 Only 30 minutes' stroll from Nerja centre and a kilometre from sandy Burriana beach, Cortijo Lomas is super for couples or families with older children.
 Due to the layout/pool area of Cortijo Lomas, the villa is not suitable for small children or infants.
