Location Enjoying a wonderful position on the sunniest part of the south coast of Tenerife, these hotels are just 14 km from the Playa de las Americas and about 25 km to the Reina Sofía airport. Links to the public transport network are to be found just a short walk away. Facilities Surrounded by pleasant tropical gardens, these two hotels were built in 1986 and refurbished in 2005. There is a total of 795 double rooms and 96 family suites spread over two 16-storey buildings. Facilities include 8 lifts, a 24-hour reception desk, a buffet restaurant, 2 bars: one in the lobby and another in the pool area, a lounge with satellite TV and Internet access in the lobby. The hotels offer two large freshwater pools with a separate area for the children and spacious sun terraces with sun loungers and parasols, surrounded by subtropical gardens. All guests have free admission to the saltwater lake next to the hotel, which also offers terrace areas, parasols and a sun lounger service. The diving school and other water sports with specialist instructors are available upon request and with an extra charge. Also available are a children's playground, coin-operated washing machines and driers, a souvenir shop and free parking. Rooms The hotel offers truly comfortable rooms, all of which come with a fully equipped bathroom, satellite TV, a telephone, a ceiling fan, a mini fridge, a safety deposit box (on payment) and either a balcony or terrace with marvellous ocean views. Sports/Entertainment Guests may enjoy a varied and friendly entertainment programme, aimed at adults and at children, which takes place throughout the day and night. Activities offered include table tennis, bocce, archery, waterpolo, darts, volleyball, mini golf and aerobics. For an extra cost guests can play pool and take part in diving courses. Meals All the meals are buffet style. Payment Mastercard and VISA, as well as cash, are accepted as methods of payment. Misc. Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is until 12 pm. How to get there By car from the Reina Sofia Airport: Take the TF1 motorway in the direction of los Cristianos-Adeje, then take the exit towards Acantilado de los Gigantes. Look for access to Playa Paraíso once having passed the town of Armeñime in the direction of Playa de San Juan.
