The hotel features a fusion of contemporary design and the richness of traditional Mexican art with the creative touch of young talented designers. It has 40 ocean view rooms and 4 jungle view rooms, plus a dive shop and shop selling handicrafts and art. The hotel's restaurant serves contemporary cuisine, and drinks are served at the bar, there is also a lounge with hammocks overlooking the sea. Renovated in 2011, guests are welcomed in the lobby at the 24-hour reception which offers a 24-hour check-out service. A hotel safe is provided, as are currency exchange facilities. Younger guests will appreciate the children's playground, whilst older guests can stay connected thanks to the WLAN Internet access provided. Room and laundry services are also available, as is a bicycle hire service.Each room has its own artistic touch, creating a variety of environments and experiences. They have individually regulated air conditioning, cable TV, an ice box and a telephone. The en suite bathroom comes with a shower, hairdryer and bathroom amenities. A double or king-size bed also features, as does an ironing set and Internet access. Guests can relax on their terrace.

There is also an entertainment programme for adults. Fans of the fairway can tee off at the golf club located 5 minutes' drive from the hotel, subject to an additional charge. Sun loungers and parasols are also provided at the nearby sandy beach.
