This air-conditioned beach hotel comprises a total of 218 ecological rooms located in 16 detached villas and it was renovated in 2011. Guests are welcomed in the lobby, which offers a 24-hour reception and a 24-hour check-out service, as well as a hotel safe, currency exchange, newspaper stand and hairdressing salon. It offers an auditorium, games room and a TV lounge, as well as room service and, for a fee, Internet access and a laundry service. There is also a travel and car rental agency, boutique and a photo shop.The minimum age for guests is 21 years.All of the comfortable and tranquil rooms are en suite with a shower, bath and a hairdryer. Each room offers a double or king-size bed, direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, a radio, Internet access, a safe, minibar, tea and coffee making facilities and an ironing set. Further standard features of accommodation units include a balcony or terrace. The rooms are the most ecologically friendly accommodation units on the Mayan Riviera and have air conditioning units with lower power consumption, solar water-heating system for each villa in order to avoid using gas, in-room LED lighting system, internal water recycling system to avoid waste.
The hotel features three outdoor swimming pools with a poolside snack bar and sun loungers and parasols are laid out for use by the water's edge. Aqua fit and aerobics are offered. Guests can try their hand at a range of water sports, including windsurfing, canoeing and sailing and, for a fee, jet skiing, diving, banana boating and catamaran boating. Two floodlit tennis courts (one of which is a multi-sports court) are available, and it is also possible to enjoy a game of table tennis, pool/snooker, basketball, volleyball and beach volleyball on the premises. Fans of the fairway can head to the nearest golf course, Grand Coral. There is also a theatre and a bar with live music and dancing. Moreover, sun loungers and parasols are available on the nearby sandy beach.
