This hotel was renovated in 2003 and comprises 3 floors with a total of 402 rooms. Facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a small supermarket and a hairdresser's salon. Guests may pay a visit to one of the 4 bars as well as to the air-conditioned buffet or speciality restaurant, with the latter offering Italian cuisine. Two public Internet terminals are available to guests and those arriving by car may make use of the hotel car park and garage facilities. Driving directions from Cozumel International Airport: Take main road out of the airport, turn left on Rafael Melgar Blvd. and continue for 15 km, the Resort is on the right side of the road.
There are 3 swimming pools (one with music) and a sun terrace with sun loungers, parasols and bath towels laid out ready for use, as well as a poolside snack bar in the outdoor complex. For an additional fee, guests may enjoy a massage whilst sports enthusiasts may try out water aerobics, water ball, jet skiing, or banana boating, take some windsurfing lessons, go on a diving course (PADI dive centre available), play tennis, table tennis, beach volleyball, billiards or darts as well as pay a visit to the in-house gym. The seasonal entertainment programme and evening show programme provide some variation.
